The Center for Health Impact was founded with the mission to enhance access to quality healthcare, promote workforce development, and eliminate health disparities.

Our service area extends throughout Massachusetts, New England and the United States, where we are involved in a variety of healthcare and workforce initiatives, policy and advocacy efforts, qualitative research, and provide training and technical assistance. We are a leading provider of interpreter and translation services and of training and development courses for Community Health Workers, Medical Interpreters, and other health professionals.

Our Services

Center for Health Impact strives to eliminate health disparities by helping those whose first language isn’t English get equal access to quality healthcare and by developing the community health workforce who can aid them.

Interpreter Services

We provide our clients with well-trained and experienced interpreters to facilitate effective communication in clinical and conference settings.

Translation Services

Our skilled team of specialists ensure cultural and contextual accuracy and appropriateness when translating medical documentation for our clients.

Community Health Workers

We offer training courses for the Community Health Workers who apply their unique understanding of the experience, language and/or culture of the populations they serve.

Additional Programs

We offer additional services and programs for those whose first language is not English as well as those who support and advocate for them.
